I dont eant to give even one star

Well at last after two weeks my wi fi thing was delivered.i plugged it in and phoned rain.the guy told me where to put the 5G sim ehich i did.the wi fi does not work at all.i told the guy about which lights were on.my call was put on hold and i cut the line as i was just listening to dead air.then i received an e mail telling me that help was on the way.this was friday.on monday i received an e mail informing me that my wi fi was not on.oh yes and that help was on the eay.BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY TOOK AN INSTALLMENT FROM MY BANKING ACCOUNT. I think perhapsa there is no coverage in my area.if that is the case i would like them to pick up their equipment and of course refund my money as lets face it i have received nothing from these people.
