I do not recommend using Rain their retentions service is bad
I have requested a cancellation to be done on my account. Their email said that they will contact me for collection of the Rain router. This happened early May. Today is the 22nd and my second attempt to contact them to collect the router. Yesterday they called once and when i answered they did not speak then sent me an email stating they couldn't get hold of me I responded immediately but still today no feedback regarding the collection of their router.
