I DO NOT RECCOMEND RAIN TO ANYONE

In the beginning of August I notified rain that the 5G sim and router they delivered is not working. For weeks I tried to call for assistance with no answer. Then I tried to call and cancel and get a refund with no response. Eventually when I got feedback the 24th of August I was told that my subscription would be cancelled, the device would be collected and I would be refunded as I HAVE NOT USED THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE FOR EVEN 1 MINUTE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK. Today is the 29th of September. Rain has even failed to come and collect their own useless product. They also have not refunded me or gotten back to me in any way. I 100% would not recommend this product or service to anyway. Rain is not a trustworthy company. The staff (if they have any because no one answers a phone or email) are not helpful. The service is pathetic. I am owed R800 and I no longer want this useless router and sim. Yet here I am with zero assistance and feedback. PATHETIC.
