I do not owe you services were cancelled

Rain what kind of nosense is this , 2020 i was using your services , after alomost three months of battling with connection, i cancelled my account on time, to my suprise money was debited on my account, i reversed the debit order, over two years i received calls from one company saying they are debt collectors and i should pay the money, i informed them i will not pay a cent becuase i cancelled the services on time, it is non of my business that your app did not do what it was supposed to do becuase after cancellation it said services were cancelled successfully, now your people that you hired said they will be taking legal action i said be my guest , also expect to hear from my lawyers what kind of **** are you running , why wait over two years before you can ask , after this supposed money, and i still maintain i cancelled the services therefore i will not be paying any money, if your app did not stop services that one no concern me,
