I have been with Rain for years. I wanted to upgrade my contract with them and selected "call me back" on their website a few times in the last couple of weeks. I only received a call from their number on Tuesday 21/10/2025, but as soon as I answered the person on the other end hung up. That happened twice and then I received an e-mail stating "We would really like to help but haven’t been able to get hold of you. We tried to call and reach out to you but no answer on your end.". I did not miss the calls. Your agents hung up when I answered.
