I did a similar swap on 26 Sep and they said it takes 3 to 5 working days , been calling from last week Friday and promising that it will be delivered the following day , today is the 6th working day and I haven’t received my SIM card When I call today they say they don’t have a tracking number and they don’t even know the currier service that is used 😡😡😡😡 imagine 6 working days including weekend without WiFi
