I demand my money back .
For some reason, rain has proven to be a **** .
I have been debited 3 times for services I haven't used,but their clause stipulates that they are a no contract based service provider . I have tried so many avenues but without avail have they assisted me in my reversal . I have been charged for services I haven't used for 3 months. I honestly need me money back ,because it doesn't allow me to reverse via bank app,I have asked in December that they cancel my rain sim card because I can't use such a poor service provider . I pay for nothing ,I literally paid for no internet. Rain I am tired of this **** ,I demand my money back

05 Feb 2022, 07:22Even after the phone call I received ,nothing was solved. Talk about a month to month service. Now it's seemingly mandated without signing any contract. Top it off they are able to drag the issue by saying 48 hours I will get a response yet in a glimpse they took my money... This honestly needs to stop. What pathetic and thievry service this is.
