Frustrated is an understatement !!! 2 months of complete hell with Rain .. Why are you guys battling to get my billing correct ? You failing dismally at something so completely straight forward and simple ..

My payment date is on the 25th of every month , its been that way since the day I signed up , however you guys keep disconnecting my services a few days after I've paid .. Why the hell is my account always in a " grace" status yet I pay on time all the damn time ..

I just paid you last week, low and behold today my services are cut off due to non- payment but the 25th is still coming .. Today is only the 04th of December people !!! Come on man ..

I cannot be calling every so often because you guys cannot get my billing right ! and the holding time is ridiculously long !!!!

Last month I was disconnected for 2 weeks and still paid my full subscription because you guys couldn't even send an invoice with a credit for the days that I have been disconnected ..

Should my services not be connected withon an hour I request that you PLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICES AND COLLECT YOUR ROUTER !!

YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST !!!
