I chatted with a Rain consultant by the name of Mervin who was sympathetic to my concerns. He was patient, he listened carefully to the questions being asked. Never rushed me or tried to sidestep the few queries O had. He showed attention to detail, and I was surprised by his knowledge and going way out to explain in depth certain technical things which I've never had an agent explain to me since I've ever called in to Rain customer service, since being a client. May he continue to show good customer service etiquette. Keep up the good work Mervin and hopefully by way of your engagement, you will win back customers who dumped Rain due to previous poor experiences they might have had.
