I CANT TERMINATE SERVICE AND YOU DONT CALL ME
Terminating services is a nightmare.
I have requested for service to be terminated and still no response I keep sending you emails to the support email address no response.
I am loosing my patience with you guys as you keep debiting my bank account despite me requesting to cancel service and also requested that you stop debiting my account and yiu still persist.
What must I do to get assistance with this cancellation of my services effective immediately and I do not want to be contacted to be retained I have had enough of BAD SERVICE WITH YOU GUYS I JUST WANT MY SERVICES TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.

The lady Bonita from RAIN SOUTH AFRICA was not of much assistance once again and had a attitude when assisting me with cancellation.
