I can't believe this
Until now rain has still not activated my service since the 20th of last month they promise the will look into the matter and they don't rain has tried to debit my account 3x already and yes rain if u dispute it I will be more than happy to show u proof u want money but yet I don't have internet explain that.no one seems to be able to assist me not call centre not anyone replying to hellopeter complains not an email address I got to direct my complaint to no one seems to know what the hell to do..how is that possible

04 May 2021, 12:44Yes he has been in contact with me and has credited me but as for the service that is off he said he can not answer me he does not know why my internet has been off since then till now.so how does that actually help me.I have been credited but still no internet.plus the bank charges for u guys debiting 3x and I would love an answer for that one.u want money but can't tell me why my internet is off..
