I can't be connected

I asked on your ask rain for a payment link, which you gladly sent I paid at a shop, 2 days later you tell me that your payment went to a wring department, you can go hang. Because you are rain and what you say goes

You even go further to tell me that I must pay again to be reconnected.

Well rain I do not have
