I cannot recommend them to anyone I know

The internet disconnection everytime, I submit countless number of queries about this, they promise to sort out the problem but no joy for 1 month now. I am working from home, I need to attend meetings, submit assignments for family, how with this kind of connection. My worst internet option ever.
