I cancelled my subscription to Rain after which they reached out and offered me half price for the next 2 months if I subscribed to rain one and got 2 free 4g sims with the plan. I did so and received and activated the SIM cards. On the 1st of October I was suddenly and without explanation cut off from the service. No internet to my router and the SIM cards show no service. I have logged a complaint and am still awaiting contact from the company. When I called in I was helped by a service agent by the name of Curt who was very helpful but once he escalated my query it once again went downhill and I am still sitting without internet
