I cancelled my subscription on the app and thought i'd be connected until end of Sep

I cancelled my subscription on the app and thought i'd be connected until end of Sep. When the Rain agent called she explained that it will be until end of Aug (Even though on the app it said end of Sep) and advised that i cancel on the 1st of Sept instead. Thank God for that call 😊
