I cancelled my subscription but I’m being billed for February

I cancelled my subscription early January and was told that I will be disconnected on the 25th after the debit order goes off. Debit order went off and on my rain profile there’s already R599 for February, when I am not using rain anymore? I further asked that they come and collect that box/router, no one is saying anything
