I canceled my rain services almost two years ago due to having no connectivity for two full months with no refund

I canceled my rain services almost two years ago due to having no connectivity for two full months with no refund. I gave them a month's notice and adhered to it. I am surprised today to be getting messages from Nudebt saying my account is in arrears and has been handed over. I need answers.
