I called with an issue concerning my billing issue

I called with an issue concerning my billing issue. A gentleman by the name of Sphelele assisted me. He was so calm and patient towards me. He listened to my concern and did everything in his power to resolve my issue. As much as my issue is still a process that hopefully will come to a close on July 31st. I can’t help but not compliment Sphelele on his professionalism and work ethic, putting the customer first at all times. Rain truly has a gem there.
