I called twice and got no assistance, the consultants kept on saying that they escalate the matter for me for the past 4 days so therefore they deserve those 3star ratings. Today I spoke to a wonderful consultant that helped with my billing issue and it was finally resolved and I was able to make a payment. It’s unfortunate that I forgot her name. She deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the assistance she was able to provide
