I called the call centre three times, was kept waiting forever only for the agent to answer the phone and out it down again. This carried on a few times. I then sent them 9 emails, no one has come back to me yet. The service is horrid, the streaming is pathetic. Worse thing I've ever done is signing up with Rain internet service provider.
