I called Rain call centre once on a Friday afternoon

I called Rain call centre once on a Friday afternoon. I work from home amd had beem experiencing the worst connection The agent was so unhelpful in assisting me with my constant connectivity issues. I asked her what the real is the issue with the router because i had to call every day. The lady agent says to me: Ma'am I dont know- im not a router 👀👀👀🤧🤧🤧🤧😵💫😵💫 The level of disregard from Rain was shocking. I cancelled the contract. They didnt even call to mend this. Unhappy client is an understatement. Im currently on Vox and have no issues.
