I called in needing help with my poor network connection and spoke with Romulo Villanueva. From the start, he was so patient, friendly, and genuinely listened to my problem. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted. I left the call feeling heard, supported, and actually happy about the experience. Rain is lucky to have someone like Ramulo Villanueva. 10/10 service 😊. Lebo
