I called for the 2nd time and I was assisted by a lady called Refiloe, not sure if the spelling is correct

I called for the 2nd time and I was assisted by a lady called Refiloe, not sure if the spelling is correct. Anyways I could hear from the way she assisted me she has been with the company for some time. I told her about the problem I had with Rain and she listened to me without interrupting me. I told her I was not happy with the 1st person who took my call the previous month and she immediately apologize on behalf of that guy. I would just like to thank Refiloe for the manner in which she assisted me. I just need to see if Rain is going to solve the problem that I raised.
