I called earlier today in regards to taking out a WiFi package with Rain. I explained my situation, and the urgency of the matter (I work from home and needed a new WiFi package urgently, as the service provider I was using was having major issues with connectivity) , and the agent that was helping me - Nerisha, did an absolute amazing job in assisting me with getting the WiFi. She was informative and was able to assist me with all the questions I was asking. The best agent I have ever dealt with.
