I called and emailed Rain about cancelling my service and even after talking to 2 consultants in June - no one knew or had call that I cancelled until I was rude. Now I am paying for the month of June and I didn't use the device at all. This spoiled my day in so many ways but because I didn't have the emails to show that I correspondent due to a rule to cleanup emails after 1 month, I had to swallow my pride and lose R560 when my service actually costs R500.
