I called a consultant earlier in the day and they helped me but forgot to send me a crucial link for me to complete my order. That left me frustrated, especially because I then continually tried them during the day and I couldn't reach them, which left me frustrated. However, another consultant then called me now and helped me. I have truly happy with his level of helpfulness, patience and consultant skills. Honestly I gave the 5 stars because of him, I would rated them 3 or 2. He deserves a promotion.
