I brought the 101 router last year and got it delivered but the device was faulty and it was exchanged

I brought the 101 router last year and got it delivered but the device was faulty and it was exchanged. However, the second device is again not working. Am really tired of of being patient. Please kindly help cancel the contract so I can go somewhere else. The call center today isn't picking up the calls. Rain am disappointed with your services, however money was the first thing they wanted but no srvice.
