I bought the sim online they delivered the sim but since I received the sim it says (no sim) I emailed many times, I called them many times I was told different stories about my issue I’m facing Even now as I speak 🗣 my sim is still saying the same thing is “ no sim” today I called them again I was told the sam is damaged that’s surprised 😮 me, because on my first call to them they said I have to wait 24 hours after it will work automatically but it didn’t work then I emailed them concerning this I just received a email saying costumer care will get back to me I didn’t see that. When I realized that no they won’t call as I waited the whole day I called again they told me I must go to my settings still it didn’t work. I’m disappointed with the service today is 5 may 2023 I bought the sim on the 25 April 2023 still can’t use my sim
