I bought a router on the 25th of January it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days, haven't received it, no communication from them

I bought a router on the 25th of January it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days, haven't received it, no communication from them. When I call them they tell me they have escalated it, they don't tell me what's causing the delay, they don't tell me what's the turnaround time for my query, it's just silent. So I don't know when I'm going to receice the router but I already paid for the full month for something that I will probably use for less than a month because at this stage I don't even know when to expect it
