I asked when signing up for my debit order to go off on the 1st of every month and they made it the 15th when I enquired for it to be changed to the 1st I was told that would not be possible to change. They haven’t even been debiting my account. They turn my Wi-Fi off every month and I have to call and fight with them every month for them to pull off the money and turn my Wi-Fi on. Truly so tired
