I am very impressed with Rajkumar Khanapurkar from Rain

I am very impressed with Rajkumar Khanapurkar from Rain. I called the support number after 18:00pm and hung up after waiting about 2 minutes. I immediately got a call back from a very friendly Raj who assisted me thoroughly and with a positive outcome. He also provided me immediately with additional information that I required. He gets 5 stars in my opinion. The rating of 4 stars is for Rain itself as I don't see why it was necessary to have to call Rain to be reconnected again.
