I am very disappoint...

i have tried to contact muliple times , since this morning m escalated using the al chat bot , still no response, you guys added 5 R75 to my account resulting me becaming in arrears , i was advised if i level up , it will be added to my account in 20th may , however they did my billing on the 1st og may and now requesting more money m why give me a credit if you guys are not deducting the full amount , billing me invoices that cant open , now i am liable for an amoiunt of dont know nothing amount , i want all that R75 revcersed m or i will take it but with the ombudsonman

THE r75 CAME OFF MY REDIT BALANCE OF R202 THAT WAS LEFT ON MY ACCOUNT , I WAS ADVISED WHEN LEVELLING UP THAT THE AMOUNTS WILL BE ADDED TO MY BILLING WHICH IS THE 20TH OF MAY

I HAVE CALLED AND DID WHATSAPP , TO ADVISE IF I OWE ANYTHING AND IT SAID NO ,WHY IS MY BILLING CYCLE NOW THE FIRST AND NOT THE 20TH ANYMORE

IF YOU SEE MY INVOCES IT WAS ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT BALANCE SO WHY AM I OWING ,THE AMOUNT FOR THE 21ST WAS NOT EVEN ADDED FOR THE DATA TO MY SIMS BUT IT CAME OFF MY CREDIT BALANCE

I ESCALATED IT ON THE 21ST , YOU GUYS HAVE PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WORKING AT YOUR CALL CENTRE THAT DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND US
