i am very angry

i have ordered a sim from you on Monday last week , i have changed my delivery address a million times and have been advised it was changed last week tuesday . today i get a call and the address is not changed , just got a call from RAM they are in Soweto and unfortunately can not leave the sim . i need this delivered today on the correct today
