I am very angry at rain for what they are doing to me

I am being debited for a simcard I don't even use last year you guys took me to easton berry collections I paid what was due in full and got the letter from the law firm stating that I've paid in full and they disclosed that my service was now closed. Why in the hell am I still debited from October you guys started debited me again just now you took R280 from me. Please fix this because I can't be debited for something i don't use my relationship with you guys ended the minute I paid that law firm for collections why am I now still debited please sort this out.
