I am unable to change my account details

I want to change my banking details so that Rain Internet Service Provider can deduct their monthly service fees. Also I need a new sim card because the old one was ******. I cannot find their telephone contact details or e.mail address to use to communicate with them. I searched on internet I cannot find any contact details for Rain. I am stuck without an internet service.
