I am tired of rain as ISP they are useless

I have been with rain for a couple of months and for those months I have been having problems with the connection and the only thing they can tell you is for you to restart your modem an move is to a window like that will help, I have laid complaints more that I can count. They don’t even deserve a star to begin with. 95% of the time their network is problematic that you can’t even open a webpage. Even a old phone with gprs is much faster than their network at the moment
