I am sorry but your customer service is not good. Your team is often unreachable and some of the sales representatives are very rude. I had a terrible experience with one of your representatives who promised me that my issue would get escalated and resolved but my order is now four weeks late as it was order on the 23rd of November. I really hoped that I would get assisted. The sales representatives’ name is Yeolime Wax.
