i am so disappointed with rain

i am so disappointed with rain i think i will leave this service provider, i have almost 5 to 6 months not connected but when i check my statement they tell me that i have an outstanding amount of R1.250 and i dont remember being connected, and they claim being the best. if you want to use this network please do your research before you join my roat
