I am seriously considering canceling my subscription with Rain, I literally have to call them every day and spend about 10 minutes holding the line in order for me to speak to an agent

I am seriously considering canceling my subscription with Rain, I literally have to call them every day and spend about 10 minutes holding the line in order for me to speak to an agent. My issue is my router keeps on disconnecting from a tower which is closer to me and connecting to a tower which is far away from me which makes my connection to be poor, I am seriously considering canceling my subscription because I'm not getting real value for money. No one can even provide me with a reason as to why it keeps on disconnecting. Poor service from rain and it's disappointing
