I am really not happy with Rain Go

I am not happy with Rain, i took a contract from them i am really struggling with their network always freezing when you about to watch something on Tv.. Now on my both sim cards they haven't allocate my data on both of them i had to use my airtime to spent 20 minutes on the call to resolve the issue until now my matter hasn't be resolved, but when payment didn't go through they close it same time
