I Am not pleased with the service I received concerning my complaint. I received a message from CCD courier service Ref No RNC 120444 informing me that they are going to collect my RAIN tower on the 19th of October 2023 between 08:00 and 10:00. I haven’t requested any cancellations nor reported problems or issues wit my tower. I contacted CCD to report it as well and I was informed that according to the Ref no Mr. RN Manzanboeko requeststed the cancellation for a Rain tower to be collected on my phone no ***. So far I have been informed that I must inform the couriers when they arrive that I didn’t request the collection. And Rain ref no ***5 I spoke to a Mr. VIshal stated I should not worry about it. And not giving me any explanation how or why I received these messages That’s Leaving me with the question how save is my information at Rain service providers

14 Nov 2023, 12:03I am so disappointed with Rain Customer service. I really thought that when I jointed Rain that i am with a word class internet provider. The internet signal and quality have always been good no Problems nor any issues. Then an unfortunate indecent happened whereby i revived a SMS from CCD on the 17th of October 2023, at 17:53, the message read as follows.
CCD confirms receipt of a collection request from rain. Please follow this link to schedule your Collection Appointment https://selfhelp.ccdcouriers.co.za/selfhelp/Authorization?Ref=***-B8BFA269-9B24-4F4D-B5FC-0C458A665D60. For more info call *** with Ref rnc120444.
On this link it took me to a calendar to scheduled a date. I thought perhaps Rain is replacing the Rain tows with newer ones.

on 19th of October CCD courier SMS me with this message. Our CCD Courier has arrived at your premises. Please meet with the courier to finalize the process and have your own pen to enable a contact less delivery for your safety. Ref rnc120444 Queries ***
Then I Revived a call again from Rain call center in India Mr.VIshal that informed me everything have been sorted out. Which at this point nothing had been sorted out, then he stated i requested the cancellation witch i never did, my blood was boiling at this stage and i demanded proof of this cancellation as i never ever made any such requests.
If i could be accused of cancelling my own subscription which i never done and people in another country have accesses to my personal information is a huge concern.
I belief Rain must investigate who is committing ***** by giving work to CCD courier clients of RAIN that never requested cancellations.
