I am not happy , they make it like my issues dont matter
From Yesterday internet speed is very slow and they going around in circles , still no solution . They buying time and not fixing the issue or tell me what is the problem

04 Dec 2025, 14:30I have done the above but still my connection is slow downloads increased a little bit 32 instead of 60mpbs and uploads is worse 1.11 mpbs. Please advise as I need to carry on working with various programs its not good when speed is this slow and yet I pay for 60mpbs plan and no alerts from Rain so can i be your router is the problem as I kept on getting annoyed by your specialist telling me they cant reboot from your side and that means must stop what I am doing and reboot each time if I am not mistaken I have done so almost close to 15 times and it is very annoying when it has to be me doing it while I am losing time and money and people getting paid for the job cant do it . Please improve on that also your specialist must have a way not to ask clients one and the same things name, email address and cell number even thou I am dealing with very same 3 people 15 times . I even knows their names with my eyes closed thats how frustrated I am right now.
