I am not happy at all with rain 1 call center agents they don't have a good service, I have been using this network for years, it use to be okay back then, now their call center is very bad. I have been trying to change a billing date for 5 months and they don't change it they say go on the app and change it but it doesn't change, when you call them they don't fix it, the one I talked to today she was very rude, bullying and disrespectful her name is luyanda Amanda maseko.
