I am not getting 50mbps

Hi Rain, mine is more of an enquiry than a review.

I am using 5G standard service and I am not getting speeds that are more than 10mbps. I moved locations from where I used to reside (I used to get good speeds). I am less than 2km from my previous place of residence but I am connected to the internet 40% of the day (with dusk hours the more reliant)

Please assist with this issue. Note I am using both wireless connection and LAN and both are not working accordingly.
