I am new to Rain network

I am new to Rain network. The call centre picks up calls at reasonable time. The agents will even make a follow-up call to check if everything is ok. They even send emails making you aware they are working on your issue. their 5g is more reliable than fibre. No cables will be cut accidentally or some outage of some sort like it was the case with fibre cabling. Very good service.
