I am Joseph Machete Complain Rain 5G network I am experiencing network problem, rain doesn't help me, I have made payment but they don't update my account as paid and they always disconnect my services and I keep sending proof of payments and letting them know I have paid but they only fix one day and the next day back to the same problem. Even now they will not help instead they will say they are experiencing problems with towers. All I want they must reconnect my accounts
