I am having difficulty with the service I am receiving from Rain
I am having difficulty with the service I am receiving from Rain. I keep emailing, and messaging the chat bot and consultants but no one has returned my calls from August. Yet I get correspondence saying someone will get in touch with me shortly. This is pathetic and unprofessional.
