I am having bad experience using the rooter after load shedding

I am having bad experience using the rooter after load shedding. It shows a red light on network and It takes approximately 3 hours to connect when the electricity comes back. I called Rain and the agent I spoke to said something about the tower I am connected to, tell you what, I did an exercise with a friend who has the same router, put our routers side by side and his router did not have trouble connecting.. I am paying alot of money and will be considering canceling Rain services if this problem goes unresolved
