I AM FRUSTRATED WITH RAIN 😭

This is my 3rd review in 2 weeks and Rain has NOT gotten back to ME since, they deducted on the 27 April and they wanted to deduct again on the 1st May (a few days later) and it bounced, now my wifi is off since the 1st and I can't get hold of them.
