I am finished with Rain

I don't see why you can give a no star review because that's what Rain is useless. They don't answer there call center they don't respond on emails. But at the 25th they quick to deduct your payment. I am paying for 5G 25MBS but I am not even getting 7MBS what the hell does that help. First it was the debit dates being wrong now its this stay away from Rain

No it's even worse now download 3MBS and upload 5MBS. I can't deal with this and pay so much. This is not right no one even bothers to call me ***

This is exactly what I mean you quick to take my money but I must sit with **** service no internet and no one can even contact me regarding these problems just reply inmost reboot your router and still it does not work

Morning they did mount it yesterday but I am not happy the way it was mounted. I left home this morning after 6 and will only be able to test it later when I get back home I am out of Cape Town for the day

Yes please as they just strapped a pole against my burglar bars. I don't think that's the way it should be mounted
